About Caroline
If you feel like there’s a lot going on in the world, whether in your personal life or in our many communities at large, I’d like to provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space for you to just be. I operate through trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, person-centered, identity empowerment, and expressive arts frameworks. Our process will be collaborative, interactive, and solution-oriented to whatever goals you define for yourself. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, or relational stressors, I can help you explore your motivations and needs, become less stuck, and work through negative self-talk.
I won’t just validate but will support you, and when ready, challenge you in your self-reflection. I’ve worked with teens and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. I am also passionate about working with folks in our neurodiverse, gender-expansive, queer, and alternative communities. Your fandoms and affinities are welcome here!
I applaud you for making moves toward your therapeutic journey. It can be scary, whether this is your first time, had previous therapy that caused more harm than help, or you’re a healing professional yourself. I invite you to reach out! Let's work together in identifying and honoring your life's purpose, meaning, and personhood. Email for scheduling!
