Insurance

Many DTA clinicians are in-network with a variety of insurance providers. Insurance participation varies by clinician, specialty area, and service type.

Commonly accepted plans

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Cigna
  • Evernorth
  • First Health
  • Multiplan
  • Meritain
  • Optum
  • PHCS
  • Scott & White
  • UnitedHealthcare

Others may be accepted depending on the provider and plan. Confirm your clinician's participation when scheduling — insurance participation varies by provider and may change.

Out-of-network benefits

Some clients choose to utilize out-of-network benefits for therapy services. Depending on your insurance plan, partial reimbursement may be available. If requested, clinicians may provide documentation clients can submit directly to their insurance company.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards, processed securely through our electronic health record platform, TherapyNotes.

Assessment services

Psychological assessment fees vary depending on the type and scope of evaluation — including ADHD, learning, personality, vocational, and cognitive testing. Assessment pricing and availability vary by provider.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services.
