What it's like to sit with Cyndi

Cyndi’s approach to therapy is holistic and based in the idea that a person exists and interacts with their world as a part of a dynamic system of personal relationships, vocational pursuits, and internal needs. She recognizes the courage it takes to pursue a therapeutic relationship and views therapy as an opportunity to empower individuals to advocate for themselves. Her goal is to create a therapeutic space that is authentic, trusting, collaborative, compassionate, and judgement free.

Cyndi's areas of clinical interest include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relational issues, life transitions, self-harm, and self-esteem. She also has experience in helping individuals understand and navigate the complexities of bipolar, substance use, and borderline personality tendencies using CBT and DBT techniques.

Outside of her therapeutic practice, Cyndi enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, gardening, and cooking.
