What it's like to sit with Sophia

Sophia works best with those who are carrying the weight of trauma, grief, childhood neglect, abuse, or other painful life experiences that continue to affect their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Many of her clients are ready to move beyond simply managing symptoms—they want to understand themselves more deeply, heal old wounds, and create lasting change. Sophia values the trust that develops through building the therapeutic relationship and considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients with compassion and consistency as they create lasting growth and healing.

Sophia approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, taking the time to understand each client's story, experiences, and the deeper roots of what brings them to therapy. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest, exploring difficult emotions, and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves without fear of judgment. While she offers support and validation, she also believes meaningful growth often comes from gently challenging ourselves and exploring patterns that may no longer serve us. Together, they work toward healing, greater self-awareness, and lasting change in a way that feels authentic to each person.

Her therapy style is best described as Compassionate, Curious, and Insightful.
