Brianna works best with clients who are ready to get curious about themselves and willing to embrace both the messy and meaningful parts of growth. She believes therapy should be a place where people can show up exactly as they are — without having to filter themselves. Her style is warm, genuine, and often filled with humor, while also being direct enough to challenge the patterns that no longer serve them. Together, they create a space where clients can let their guard down, do the hard work, and reconnect with who they truly are.
Brianna shows up as her authentic self — humor and all — because she believes genuine connection is at the heart of meaningful therapy. Together, she helps clients understand the environments, generational patterns, and survival strategies that shaped them, heal what no longer serves them, and reconnect with who they are at their core. Her work blends somatic awareness, cognitive reframing, and exploration of values, identity, relationships, and personal history. Brianna takes an active, collaborative approach, believing healing isn't something that happens to you — it's something you take part in, one honest step at a time.
Three words that describe her therapy style: Authentic. Curious. Collaborative. Direct.
Because Brianna practices under clinical supervision, sessions are billed under the Dallas Therapy Associates group insurance contract rather than Brianna's individual panel. Verify coverage with intake before your first appointment.

Brianna George is an LPC-Associate who works with clients ready to reconnect with themselves beneath the roles they play. She has spent four years in addiction and mental health treatment settings and brings that experience to clients who are coping through substances, food, or other patterns, struggling with self-sabotage, or finding it hard to be vulnerable in close relationships.
