What it's like to sit with Rebecca

Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma recovery, grief and loss, and care for clients facing terminal or chronic illness. Rebecca provides LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care. With children, she uses developmentally appropriate, evidence-based Child-Centered Play Therapy and partners closely with caregivers, with particular expertise supporting kids on the autism spectrum, kids facing chronic illness, and kids building self-worth.

Her clinical experience spans elementary schools, university outpatient clinics, medical hospitals, and private practice, and she brings authenticity, warmth, and a person-centered approach to her work — focusing on each client's capacity for self-awareness, empowerment, and meaningful change.
