What it's like to sit with Myrna

"I believe in a collaborative approach in therapy. My style is to be curious with my client and help them discover where they want to go with an empathetic and understanding approach. Both humor and humanity are always present in the counseling room as I believe those help build a relationship." Clients often describe Myrna's style as understanding, warm, and quick to bring humor when it helps.

"I truly believe that we are surrounded by stories, all around us. The therapy room is the place for clients to decide which ones are useful for them or which ones they would like to re-write. My belief is that through relationship, curiosity, and re-writing, clients can feel empowered to make the decisions that feel fulfilling to them."
