Sep's practice is grounded in trauma-informed care and psychoanalytic thinking. He is trained in EMDR for trauma processing, Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP) for personality and identity work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for couples, and psychodynamic therapy for exploring unconscious patterns. He is direct but compassionate, and works with clients exploring personality dynamics (including BPD/NPD), neurodivergent individuals, and people from the kink and ENM communities. As a first-generation immigrant, he is attentive to questions of culture, identity, and belonging.
Education, licensure, and clinical training that inform Sep's work.
Sep Eisapour is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples ready for depth-oriented, longer-arc work. His clients often arrive after surface-level approaches have stopped helping — whether they're recovering from infidelity or betrayal, navigating shame and identity, healing from childhood or sexual trauma, or trying to repair a relationship that feels stuck.
To schedule, please email seisapour@DTAcare.com or request him by name in the contact form.
