What it’s like to sit with Sep: his style is warm, direct, and depth-oriented. He aims to create a space where clients feel understood without being allowed to hide from the patterns that keep hurting them. He often helps clients slow down, make sense of what is happening underneath the surface, and connect present struggles to older emotional wounds or relational patterns. With couples, he focuses on helping partners understand the cycle they get caught in, speak more honestly, and move toward repair instead of blame or shutdown.
Three words that describe his therapy style: direct, compassionate, insightful.
Education, licensure, and clinical training that inform Sep's work.
Sepehr “Sep” Eisapour is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples seeking depth-oriented therapy. His clients often come in after surface-level approaches have stopped helping — whether they are recovering from betrayal, navigating shame and identity, healing from trauma, or trying to repair a relationship that feels stuck. His work is grounded in trauma-informed care, psychodynamic thinking, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method. As a first-generation immigrant, Sep is especially attentive to questions of culture, identity, belonging, and the parts of ourselves we learn to hide in order to survive.
